Chef Dallas McGarity and his team shape The Fat Lamb through shared dedication to creativity and warm hospitality. Together they create an experience grounded in quality, seasonal ingredients, and a genuine connection to guests.

McGarity’s culinary journey began in South Carolina, continued through training at Johnson and Wales University, and found its home in Louisville. Since opening The Fat Lamb in 2016, the combined talent of the kitchen, bar, and service teams has defined the welcoming, intentional character of the restaurant.
