The chef owner of Fat Lamb in Louisville took the top spot on Tuesday’s episode of Food Network’s “Chopped.”
Dallas McGarity, who in 2016 opened the restaurant at 2011 Grinstead Drive, won the reality cooking competition, earning $10,000.
McGarity beat out fellow Louisville chef Peng Looi, executive chef of August Moon Chinese bistro, as well as Erica Lent of Greenwich, Connecticut and Christian Souvenir of Brooklyn, New York.
